Meet Our Counselors
Hello, I’m Michelle Martinetti— a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern at Mycelium Counseling Collective.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, with others, and within the therapeutic connection. Drawing from attachment-based and relational frameworks, I create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore the patterns that shape their emotional world and relationships.
I understand that meaningful change emerges through trust, curiosity, and attunement rather than quick fixes. In sessions, I focus on building emotional awareness, fostering secure attachment, and helping clients develop new ways of connecting that feel authentic and empowering.
I have completed Levels 1 and 2 in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, as well as training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and clinical use of Adult Attachment Interview (AAI), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) - integrating these evidence-based modalities allows me to support deeper communication, emotional repair, and secure attachment. Whether working with individuals or couples, I tailor my approach to honor each client’s story and pace of growth.
